Annual Impact Review 2025

The partnership model of working has enabled HfS to have a high-level impact across the authority, by
bringing together resources, expertise, and perspectives we are focusing on delivering a more efficient,
joined-up service to our care experienced students. This supports better decision-making in
collaboration with our students, it fosters innovation, and ensures services are tailored to meet the
individual needs of the student, across the partnership. By promoting shared ownership and
accountability, it drives system-wide change and creates more sustainable, meaningful outcomes for
communities.

This annual report looking at our work from June 2024-June 2025 outlines the impact we have made alongside care experienced individuals, our partnership, and nationally.
