Summer We Care Fest Events for Care Experienced Students

Who? Care experienced students at our partner colleges and universities*

When? Dates below

Where? Central Edinburgh, locations confirmed below

Over the summer, we are putting on social drop-in sessions. This is for all care experienced students at our partner colleges and universities*, including those planning to start this year, and our Hub for Success Student Ambassadors. These events will be an informal opportunity for you to socialise with other students and the Hub for Success partnership staff.

There are absolutely no expectations of attendees to share personal stories of care or why you are there, just come along for some food, meet new folk, and have a chat. If you are caring for anyone like a child, bring them along too. We can also assist with transport to and from the event for anyone who needs, and we’re more than happy to meet you before the day for a chat, or on the day to walk in together. Just let us know if this is something you’d like via the sign up forms.

Please note that we may choose to do an activity at a different location on one of these dates; we will regularly update this webpage with our plans.
